Vegan Roast Beef
 
After the last years success our christmas special is back again this year!
Our handmade vegan roastbeef is lovingly produced freshly just before christmas and was sold out last year within 2 weeks.

Servings: 8-10 Roast Servings or more if finely cut
 
This vegan beef joint is just perfect for the holidays, share with family and friends and show them how easy it is to indulge cruelty free. No one needs meat when you can have this: it tastes great and looks very real!
 
Delivery: we produce our vegan roast beef just once a year. This year they will be produced end of November/ Beginning of December and send out in the 2nd week of December.
Please store in the freezer ( for up to 6 month!) after arrival and defrost the day before serving in case you are not using it straight away. If not stored in the freezer but in the fridge the shelf life is 30 days from production.
 
Preparation:
The vegan beef joint is precooked and can be eaten cold or hot. Its great in sandwiches!
To enjoy it hot: Get rid of the packaging, heat sunflower oil in a pan and pan fry the whole joint on all sides until hot and crispy. Cut in portions and serve with gravy, veg and vegan yorkies. More info on the Label.
 
Extra Tipp: tastes amazing when thinly cut and served with mustard and pickles on sourdough bread. Vegan roast beef sandwiches galore!

Info: For hygiene reasons we can not post the vegan roast beef joint in the fabric wrapping it is produced in. It arrives securely vacuum sealed to secure its long shelf life and that  makes it easier for you to handle and prepare too.
