Vegan Doughnut Cake Class

Learn how to create this stunning cake and learn all the basics to create amazing vegan cakes at home.
Our Tutor Sarah will give you tips on how to confidently replace eggs and dairy in your recipes.
Learn some fundamental recipes that will enable you to go home beeing able to make different flavoured vegan cakes.
This course includes the following:
- - vegan baking basics and secrets
- - make a vegan buttercream
- - make a vegan chantilly cream
- - vegan sprinkles
- - work with vegan white chocolate
- - learn how to bake a vegan sponge
- - learn to make vegan doughnuts
- - filling your cake
- - frosting and decoration your cake
The course involves a mixture of demonstrations and hands-on baking and decoration in small groups (only up to 4 people), and is led by our experienced chef tutor Sarah who can answer all of your vegan baking questions.
Sarah is a certified vegan nutritionist, published vegan baking book author, trained pastry chef and a vegan for over 17 years.
At the end of the course you will not only be able to create tasty vegan cakes at home but you will also take a showstopping doughnut cake in your favorite color made by yourself home with you.
Coffee/Tea and a light Snack will be provided.
All ingredients are included.
