Vegan Basic Baking Class

Book yourself in for this fundamental vegan class!
For Beginner and Intermediates.
Learn how to create tasty vegan bakes like cookies, sponge cakes and muffins.
Our Tutor Sarah will give you tips on how to confidently replace eggs and dairy in your recipes.
Learn some fundamental recipes that will enable you to go home beeing able to make different flavoured vegan bakes.
This course includes the following:

- - vegan chocolate chip cookies
- - vegan mini sponge cakes
- - vegan blueberry muffins
- - work with vegan chocolate
- - vegan chocolate muffins
- - vegan icing glaze
- - decoration your mini sponge cake
The course involves a mixture of demonstrations and hands-on baking and decoration in small groups (only up to 4 people), and is led by our experienced chef tutor Sarah who can answer all of your vegan baking questions.
Sarah is a certified vegan nutritionist, published vegan baking book author, trained pastry chef and a vegan for over 17 years.
At the end of the course you will not only be able to create tasty vegan treats at home but you will also take a box full of delicious treats made by yourself home with you.
Coffee/Tea and a light Snack will be provided.
All ingredients are included.
